What episode?

Hello, ive spent my whole afternoon looking for this Simpson episode.
The one im looking for is when all (not sure but it sure is alot) of babies goes crazy, kinda looks like typical "simpsonwoodstock" environment. Not sure if thats the case. Dancing without diapers and all that. And theres a song plying, kinda sounding like all along with the watch tower, but its not that one.

Ether i have to practice my google skills or its superduper hard to find.

Please help me out.
