| OK guys, some of you might have noticed we have a new spammer member, Nikicruise. Well, I banned him/her. Why?
First of all, her signature was just advertising a "Simpson's DVD". Wait, where have we heard that one before?
That's right. Do you remember "Cocolove"? The spammer whose signature was advertising a "Simpson's DVD"? Well, that's not the only coincidence.
Both these members only posts were copy + pastes of Wikipedia pages on the Simpson's (I know from the reference numbers). Coincidence? I think not.
So, I ran an IP scan on the user? And guess what? Nikicruise and Cocolove are THE SAME PERSON. (ZOMG, who didn't see that one coming? D:)
So I banned the IP. We won't be hearing from this person anytime soon! :D

| Awesome. Spammers are a common problem for popular forums, so in a way this is a good sign. Also, I did some research, both of these spammers joined other simpsons forums as well. | |
