I am thinking about a new question and I am starting from the fact that in two separate occasions Hans Moleman and Seymour Skinner have been dressed like Bart.
If you remember the Moleman gag is very quick and funny, he's just trying to act young (I don't remember which episode, but quite old). Skinner instead does it for educational purpose and he pretends to be Bart on a stage together with groundskeeper WIllie (It's in season 21).
Do you remember if any other character dressed like Bart at some point? Or do you remember any other detail about these episodes I just mentioned?

Well, I can't think of any other characters dressed as Bart, but I do remember Skinner being forced to kiss Willie for a lengthy amount of time in Stealing First Base because Bart kissed a girl he liked and the parents of said girl got angry and threatened to sue unless the school banned all physical contact.
Moleman was actually brainwashed into thinking he was part of the Simpson family in Burns' Heir. He doesn't stop thinking he's Bart and is found at the end of the episode that way.
