Well, I'm not really sure if this fits but I've always wanted to see all the characters in the simpsons show "switching bodies", and have a whole episode based on that. It would be funny to hear weird voices coming out of the characters and lines like that...

What about this line?

Springfield has changed the beer stock product from Duff to Carl's Berg. Then Homer will DO ANYTHING to get Duff back. Think of any possible way what Homer could do.

I don't think it's Duff so much as beer that Homer craves. But good idea.
